For more than 35 years, key members of our team have worked with printing technology, production, customers and commercial challenges. Today we turn that hands-on knowledge into practical digital connections between print businesses and the people they serve.
OUR STORYIt started on the production floor.
We did not arrive in printing by designing software for it. Our experience began with real printing presses, equipment selection, production launches, technical challenges and the daily pressure of keeping a company moving.
We have worked on sheetfed offset production, equipment assessment, training, technology launches and the commercial side of printing. We have also helped develop new products, launch printing operations and modernise established businesses.
A NEW KIND OF BOTTLENECKThen we noticed another problem.
While machines and production processes evolved, communication often stayed surprisingly manual. A customer sent an email. A manager opened a spreadsheet. Specifications travelled between inboxes. Someone asked for the same information again.
We began building the missing layer: websites that can receive structured requests, calculate prices, organise conversations, guide customers and connect their actions with the company’s existing systems.
That experience became the foundation of PrintImprove.

A working B2B marketplace with buyer requests, vendor workspaces, private offers, messaging, payments and multilingual processes — developed around the way industrial equipment is bought and sold.
This project is one of a kind, combining not only used equipment but also printing services and retrofitting in practice.
CUSTOMER & PARTNER WORKFLOWS
Outside printing, our interior-design project demonstrates the same approach: a customer pricing calculator, project stages, payments and a partner network linked into an online working process.
The industry is different. The challenge of connecting people, decisions and information is familiar.
